About Me
As my resume will show, I've been involved in photography and related
areas since graduating photography school in 2005.
I first discovered photography as a high school class. We learned using
black and white film which we could print. Once I knew this is what I wanted
to pursue, I spent some time continuing my education at Owens Community
College. While there, I heard of the Ohio Institute of Photography and
Technology. I transferred there to complete my education.
Thanks to the timing, I was able to learn film and digital photography and
printing from both. As much as I almost miss film, I've embraced all the
advantages of digital, including the manipulating. I love doing that almost
as much as taking the pictures.
I like doing portrait and group photography, though I had more formal
education in commercial and would like to pursue that next.
